Beach Penthouse Belmare is located on one of Mauritius’s most popular beaches in Belle Mare and is part of the private Rose des Sables resort, 1 hour from the airport, WITH NO ROADS TO CROSS. The penthouse is brand-new and being rented out for the first time (Oct. 2022). Enjoy long walks along this white-sand beach, swimming in crystal-clear water, a pool with lounge chairs, water sports, a housekeeper, and modern comforts.
The penthouse and its large terrace are peaceful and ideal for reading, relaxing, or enjoying lunch and dinner at the outdoor table under the pergola. Let the waves lull you to sleep and admire the colors of the lagoon from your lounge chairs. Additional lounge chairs are available next to the pool, along with an outdoor shower. Children will enjoy the separate shallow pool.
Water sports, including diving and kitesurfing, as well as a selection of restaurants, are just a short walk from the beach or a short drive away. Not to mention the Waterpark, only 10 minutes away.
The PENTHOUSE
Beach Penthouse Belmare is on the second floor with a breathtaking view of the sea. It is spacious, with a floor area of approximately 190 square meters, plus three terraces and a balcony. It features three air-conditioned double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite with a bathtub in the bedroom), and a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with modern furnishings.
Living Area: Large living room, dining room, and open-concept kitchen with an ocean view. The living room features a smart TV with local channels, Canal Sat, YouTube, and Netflix. The dining table seats 8 people; there is another table and chairs on the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, an oven, a microwave, a gas stovetop, a Nespresso machine (capsules not included), and a dishwasher. Large sliding glass doors open onto the terrace.
Terrace: The terrace is a spacious area, as you can see in the photos. It features a pergola with a table and chairs, two lounge chairs, and additional seating around the pool and garden, which leads down to the beach. Breathtaking ocean views.
Master bedroom: Double bed with built-in closets. Open-concept bathroom with a shower and a bathtub in the bedroom. It is air-conditioned and features a balcony overlooking the ocean.
Second bedroom: Double bed with built-in closets; air-conditioned.
3rd bedroom: Double bed with built-in closets. It offers a view of the countryside with mountains in the background. The room is air-conditioned.
Bathroom shared by bedrooms 2 and 3: large shower, sink, and toilet.

COMPLEX The complex has a total of fifteen apartments, sharing an infinity pool (maximum depth of 1.6 m) with a separate children’s pool next to it. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and maintained by a team of gardeners and pool technicians. The complex is professionally managed and well-maintained.
SECURITY
The complex is fenced and secure, with cameras installed around the perimeter. The penthouse has an alarm system. There is a safe in the master bedroom, large enough for a laptop.

Our manager will welcome you.
The housekeeper works 5 times a week from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Fewer hours can be arranged with the manager if you prefer more privacy.
She will clean, make the beds, and change the sheets (once a week).
Sheets and towels are provided at no extra charge. Toiletries are provided; food and beverages are not included. Internet is free.
Children are welcome, but please note that the pool is not fenced. A crib and a high chair are available.
NEIGHBORHOOD
The resort is located on the east side of the island, nestled on the beach among some of the world’s most luxurious hotels: Solana, Long Beach, Constance Belle Mare, the One&Only St. Geran, the LUX and Residence hotels, and, above all, their famous golf courses. To the right is the public beach, which is almost empty except on Sundays and holidays. You can walk along the beach in either direction for long strolls with the waves lapping at your feet or go jogging in the shade of the casuarina trees.
