Beach Penthouse BELMARE

It was as it’s pictures, very comfortable and the helper Pooja was amazing. Very helpful and polite. Her cooking was very delicious

The manager was helpful with the information before arrival and assisted with getting us a car for renting. However she was always in a hurry and a bit rude because she didn’t even hear us out was dismissive. She was good in messaging but face to face not at all

Apartment size great. View over ocean and surroundings really lovely. Property clean and had everything we needed for 5 days. Very friendly host and security staff and added bonus of very helpful maid thank you!

Open plan toilet/ bathroom in master bedroom took some getting used to but it’s perfectly manageable.

Beach

All complex and penthouse are seen better days everywhere you look its screams refurbishment! Original A/C gone long time ago so been fitted 3 little units in each bedrooms two smaller rooms is ok but the master bedroom is open plan with the toilet so that little unit is not coping with size of the room and noisy as hell, talking about dumping the same room as sleeping not so great idea to me also its got strip of glass ceiling across and 6 in the morning bedroom is bright and sunny in night time when is raining its acts like a drum you cant lock bedroom door so forget about privacy! No A/C in living area only ceiling fan! All walls and ceilings been patched thousands times you can see more than 50 shades of white on them, all timber across apartment its shaded away, pool area is uncomfortably dark at night and you need to watch your step on decking some broken boards or missing, best part is the sandy beach clear waters good swim and snorkel.

excellent communication with the manager, nothing was a problem, beautiful beach, very quiet house

just a minor thing, there are only two sunbeds on the terrace, a sunbed for everyone would be great
