Large modern 4 bedroom waterfront villa with large open living areas overlooking the lagoon and the coral reef. The bedrooms are spacious, air-conditioned, each with its own private bathroom.
On the first level of about 140m2 plus deck with a small swimming pool, there is an en-suite bedroom, a large living area with an American kitchen, a living room, a dining room. As well as a 5th bathroom.
On the second level of about 110m2 plus deck with pergola, 3 large en-suite bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioners, an open space with a bar and a lounge area.

The large American kitchen is super equipped. Fridges, oven, induction hob, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee makers and capsules, toaster, kettle.
Also available washing machine, iron, Wifi, hair dryer.

Solarium deck upstairs or infinity pool to bask in the sun. You will mainly hear the roar of the waves and the sound of the wind. You will be treated to sunrises and incomparable starry skies. Humpback whales are visible from the terrace from July to October.

Linen is provided. Bedding, towels, changed every 4 days.
House staff is present 6 days a week to clean and maintain the villa. Their role is not, however, to provide a hotel service.
The villa is equipped with photovoltaic panels and solar water heaters.

Quiet residential area. Parties/events are not allowed and guests must avoid making noise between 23:00 and 7:00 in the morning.
Car essential and free parking in the garden.
Good kite spot on site. Six golf courses within 30 minutes.
Shopping malls 20 minutes away. Takeaway food can be ordered nearby.
