The moment you step into these two gorgeous homes you will instantly feel at peace, so just relax and unwind. These spacious homes are family-friendly and are ideal for your next getaway! The property sits on two and a half acres and is along the north fork of the San Gabriel River. You will love the large open floorplan allowing everyone to relax on the comfortable furniture and watch a favorite move on the flat-screen TV. The family will love gathering together for a night of awesome board games. The sun porch will be the perfect place to unwind, drink a cup of coffee, or have that glass of wine. Both homes feature lots of open space and fully equipped kitchens ready to help you make those delicious homemade meals for everyone to share. Convene around the fire pit in the backyard and create lasting memories! The kids will love playing on the playground!
You're super close to the San Gabriel River for a full day of sun and cool water. Take a quick walk down the driveway and go for a delightful swim! When the levels are up, be sure to relax and float the river or try out some fly fishing for carp, catfish, sunfish, longnose gar, and bass. If you really want to get to know the Gabe, take out a canoe or kayak. Take the afternoon and unwind and go to the Thirsty Mule Winery and Vineyard! This winery is a quick drive from the house! Do some antique shopping at Junque & Disorderly Antiques. Take a day and visit one of the many parks such as Lion's Foundation Park, Liberty Hill Veterans Park, and Liberty Hill City Park. Have some fun and go to the Best of the West Shooting range!

This vacation rental is not equipped with internet.
Wood is not provided for the firepit. Branches and sticks from trees in the yard are prohibited from being used in the firepit.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property was perfectly located for our needs and the houses were clean and in great shape. Property manager available as needed. Only suggestion is to provide wifi in the house.

This property was perfect for our getaway with extended family. The two buildings were well appointed, maintained, and very clean. Communication with the property management was timely and clear. The access to the San Gabriel River out back was awesome. And the proximity to local Liberty Hill attractions is great. Would definitely recommend and return.

These two homes were perfect for our needs. First of all, they were super clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space in and outdoors for our group of 8. The younger adults had a home to themselves to stay up late and visit. The older folks had our own space to retire early. The area was peaceful and pleasant. The river was clean and gently flowing. This is a great place and we will definitely visit again.

The home itself was nice! The property was nice. However, there was no WiFi and in this day, that should not happen! I guess this place would be great if you came to unplug. We weren’t there for a vacation or get away. We were there for a wedding weekend. Having no wifi and only one tv in the main space was not something we prefer. If you do, then you will like it. Communication was also terrible. Had to request the code for the second house. It was f given to us. We also did not know how to get in the gate when arriving. Bring a fan for the back bedrooms if you stay here, because they are warmer than the rest of the house! Again, the home itself is nice, clean and a good space. If that’s all you need, this one is for you.
