Guest Access:

The property is equipped with key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you the morning of arrival of your stay. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you in advance of your stay. This contains all the relevant house information, like WiFi network names, password as well as house rules and check out procedures. The Neighborhood:

Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.



Getting Around:

A car is required to get around Horseshoe Bay given it has a more rural setting.

- Pets are allowed with written permission only. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar penalty. There is a maximum of 2 pets, and unfortunately cats are not allowed at all. The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay. You must keep your pet on a leash at all times in accordance with local city ordinances, unless inside this property.

- The swimming pool: It can be heated at an extra cost. If you would like the pool heated please contact us and we will set it up. Please do not heat the pool on your own. Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the pool. Broken glass in the pool will result in extra fines. Please help us keep the water clean by rinsing off any sunscreen before entering the pool.

- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

- Per local ordinances, outdoor spaces have quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Please no loud noise.

Our weekend at 308 HB was outstanding. However, it was difficult to communicate with the managers as only email was permitted. I'm sure there is a good reason but in 2025 I found that intimidating and frustrating. One set of six questions took over a week to be answered. The facility was awesome! It was top of the line. The owner is commended for sharing such an incredible facility. Would I rent it again? YES!

The house is beautiful, each room has it's own bathroom, the bunk room and master were amazing. When we arrived, the door code we were given was wrong and we couldn't access the property. It took about 20 minutes to finally get into the house, which delayed us picking up our car from Marble Falls and the rental place closing, leaving us without a vehicle for our entire stay. We had to Instacart and Favor everything. The Marina had to bring our boat to us and then we had to take them back. The description and messaging with the property management company explained the house had a wet slip for our boat. Yes, there is a wet slip, next to the boat of the owner, at the end of a cove which is very difficult to get into. In addition, even walking to the slip (our boat) was treacherous as there was very little space, a boat anchor on the tiny walkway and just not ideal in general. The prior tenants had trash in the bins inside the garage which didn't smell great. I generally do not nit pick on any rentals, usually any issues are resolved quickly by a property management company or the owner themselves reaching out, which is plenty for us, but we received no resolution. If you want a nice house to stay in, this would be great for you, but if you have a boat, I wouldn't recommend it.
