"Carolina Comfort" will welcome you and wrap you in southern charm. Enjoy the best of beachfront living when you visit this lovely four bedroom and three bathroom property featuring a fresh remodel which includes new windows and doors on the ocean side to enhance the outstanding views, plus an oversized deck. You'll love the location, just steps from the sand along a semi-private walkway and just a few short blocks to the bustling downtown Boardwalk in the family-friendly town of Carolina Beach. Bring the whole family, including the doggies, and enjoy a little "Carolina Comfort" for yourself.
"Carolina Comfort - Lower" has a King bed in the oceanfront primary bedroom with on suite bathroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, two twins in the third and two sets of bunkbeds in the fourth. All of these are on the same level. The bathrooms and kitchen have been recently updated, and the deck is so big that you'll want to spend all of your time outdoors. This home has Streaming TV only, and a charcoal grill is provided. You'll also enjoy rinsing the salt and sand away in the outdoor shower.
Don't miss a spectacular sunrise, the awesome donuts at Britt's, watching for playful dolphins, Thursday night fireworks on the beach or the Saturday Farmer's Market at the Lake. Parking: Parking for three vehicles on the left side of the property with the Bryant Real Estate Sign.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

The property was in a great location. It was so nice being beachfront with our own access to the beach. The property could use some updated kitchen essentials and bedding but was otherwise a great stay.

WiFi in front bedroom was weak. Couldn’t get much of anything in TV. Everything else was great!

The condo was nice. It was as desceibed in the listing. The checking process was very easy and the rental company was great to deal with.
I’m giving this a less then stellar rating because there is a house directly next store, less then 10 feet away from the beautiful deck, with a pool. There was a family with very young kids staying there and it was so loud and so close it really made our trip less then great. Even when we were inside the condo we heard them. It’s like it’s the same house. I left knowing the whole family by name, food choices, etc. So if you are looking for peace and quiet you might want to look elsewhere as pools at the beach typically attract young kids.
