On the street side of our house, you will delight in a wonderful view of the Carolina Beach canal and marina from every window and deck. We are steps away from Carolina Beach Mooring Field's dinghy dockand the North End Mini Mart Cafe. So, take a break from your sailing cruise: get your sea legs back in luxury at Slack Tide. Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be laying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
Pet Policy:
Dogs Allowed. The first dog is included in the price of the Rental. Subsequent dogs are subject to an additional payment and restrictions! Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.
Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.

Check-in was seamless! The house was beautiful and exactly as described. It took us less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach and so close to the markets, restaurants and shops. About a 25 minute drive into Wilmington. The views from the main living area were excellent! We would return!

Great place to stay in Carolina Beach! It was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Rental company was easy to deal with and very communicative. I highly recommend!

If you need dark rooms to sleep bring a sleep mask, rooms are very bright. everything was as listed, clean, nice kitchen great spot - only thing is rooms very bright and def bring more towels if you go to beach and or want more than one per person - great time had by all!

Brought my family down but the property was NOT suited for anyone elderly. Elevator was not operational for 1 of our 3 days. Kitchen and Living room was on the top (4th) floor! Beds were super tall. Too tall for my elderly mother! First floor stairs had no handrail …. Just a difficult place to stay for anyone elderly.
