Blue Oasis consists of a modern 2900 sq. ft row home (including onsite elevator and in-ground pool!) with sea sights and sounds of BOTH our Intracoastal AND Atlantic Ocean! The home's location, views, and beach proximity will make spending your time beach-combing and sun-seeking an Ocean Breeze!
Three owner suites, ocean views, gourmet kitchen, covered parking, hot tub & pool, 4 decks with awesome views, canal views, memory foam mattresses, and much more! Blue Oasis has it all for your next family vacation.
This is a new Duplex with new high end furniture, large TVs and appliances for great comfort and convenience. There are 3 parking spots, 4 if you have smaller vehicles, 2 are covered. There is also outdoor outlets and space for a golf cart. When you arrive the beds will be made with comfortable clean linens and there will be starter supplies all included in the cleaning fee.

Beach Access: Oyster Shell Lane - Easy 2-3 minute walk (less than 200 yards away)
*The backyard is shared between both homes on the parcel. Be sure to enjoy yourself and follow all safety rules to ensure an amazing and safe adventure! The hot tub is on a 4-hour heat cycle where building pool professionals monitor remotely. Please do NOT attempt to change settings as this will inadvertently shut down the tub!
POLICIES/RULES:
-This is a non-smoking unit
-No grilling on patio or under carport. Grill must be 10' from the carport when in use.
-No unaccompanied minors on elevator
-No unaccompanied minors in swimming pool and Jacuzzi
-This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The Pet Fee is $350 for 2 dogs. Contact us regarding dog rules at the beach.
-Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
-Maximum Occupancy: 14 Occupants: Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
-No uninvited guests without permission.
*Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee*

We had a wonderful winter getaway at Blue Oasis. Even in the off season, this home was warm, inviting, and absolutely beautiful. We loved cozy mornings with coffee on the deck and the spacious layout gave everyone plenty of room to relax. The private hot tub was a perfect touch on chilly evenings, and the short walk to the beach made for peaceful winter strolls. This home felt like the perfect coastal retreat, and we would happily return in any season.

We thoroughly enjoyed our winter stay at Blue Oasis. The house was beautifully furnished, cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable off season trip. We loved having the beach so close for brisk morning walks and quiet afternoons by the water. The hot tub and spacious living areas made it easy to unwind after a day outside. The hosts were attentive and made the entire process seamless. This was a perfect winter retreat, and we would absolutely stay again.

Blue Oasis was the perfect place for our winter beach escape. The home was incredibly comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our stay. We appreciated the quiet location, which made beach walks and sunsets even more special this time of year. The ocean views from the balconies were stunning, and we loved listening to the waves from inside on cooler days. A fantastic winter stay that left us feeling refreshed and relaxed.
