You can't get any closer to the beach...- miles of soft sandy beach at your doorstep. Great getaway from cares of the world!
“Contactless” Check in/ check out procedures have always been in place and CDC approved cleaning products are used by our cleaners. Special attention is given to high touch areas inc. Kitchen and bathrooms, light switches, and remote controls.

Weather is unpredictable.....can be sunny, stormy, or wild and windy but Hot tub is great any kind of weather:). It’s sure to be memorable!

This house has something for everyone. Adults and kids will enjoy views of beautiful sunsets, harbor seals at 'the point', and long beach walks. Everyone will enjoy the hot tub and your well-mannered dog will love it all! Annie's House is inviting, warm, and very comfortable. The open floor plan, large stone fireplace (wood not provided) and wall of windows will set the tone for the perfect family gathering. We'll let the pictures tell the story!

This home is a wonderful retreat for a couple, small family or two couples. A Bose music system and Wi-Fi are provided. There are 2 flat screen TVs ( master bedroom and living room) with Netflix subscription. The house has two bedrooms, one with a new king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The master bedroom has an ocean view, TV, and attached full bath. The second bedroom has a stunning view of the Waldport bridge from its own private deck and a 6 person hot tub. You can view the bridge lights at night and sunrises in the morning! The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect: dishes, glasses, silverware and appliances including coffee maker, Keurig, grinder, toaster as well as spices and some staples. You will love the view from the dining table.

Other amenities include two full baths, separate laundry room with W/D and laundry sink for sandy towels. A propane Weber grill is available seasonally. Also included is an attached two-car garage and protected porch for viewing the beach on those windy days. The single-level layout makes this house accessible for most guests.

If the beach isn't enough for you, there's the (seasonal) community pool ( for a fee) kite flying, tide pools ( nature is free!) dune buggies, the Newport aquarium, Sea Lion Caves, Yaquina and Heceta Head Lighthouses....and the list goes on!

Bring your kids, bring your dog, and leave your cares at home.

PS. Every effort is made to be sure the house is as represented here. Obviously, there are times when things break, batteries fail or remotes go missing! (Just like your house!) This house is an incredible getaway situated in a beautiful part of the coast. It has all the amenities you'll need for your stay including an awesome selection of kitchen utensils and appliances (we really like to cook), an unbeatable sunset view and we especially enjoyed the hot tub! We already want to go back! I highly recommend this house!

Nice pet friendly place with good beach access. We did expect the house to be stocked better for 4 adults and two kids with a 5 night stay booked. We had to purchase TP, Paper towels, seasonings, all basic condiments and we ran out of propane. Otherwise our stay was great!

Check-in was great. The kitchen could use better cooking tools, such as a spatula for the kitchen and large spoons for stirring cooking food. The carpets were very stained and gave the place a feeling of not being very clean. The entire place could use some TLC. We stayed at Annie's about 10 years ago and it was wonderful. We would stay here again because of the access to the beach. We loved our time in Waldport.

Lovely property right on the beach. If your goal is to walk the beach on a daily basis, this is the place….neighborhood is fairly isolated, quiet. But you definitely need a vehicle for going to town and sightseeing. Sunsets were fantastic from partially enclosed deck.

Annie’s house was absolutely wonderful to stay at and centrally located in Waldport. Home was well-stocked and we loved our walks on the beach since the home was literally on the beach! We loved the hot tub too! Only issue we had was we couldn’t find another remote used to operate the TV so we couldn’t turn on the TV even though it’s listed as an amenity. Also encountered spiders in the bedroom and bathtub and cobwebs in the smaller bedroom. Other than that, it was a great rental and we loved our short stay there.

This location is superb and the views even from the house are wonderful. We were hoping for a beach fire, but too windy. We really enjoyed the indoor fireplace though. It was amazing to watch the fog roll in every day and also such easy access for beach walks. this section of the beach in waldport is so quiet and peaceful. Book this you cant go wrong.

We found this to be a very easy house to enjoy. It's just on the other edge of the dunes, and the waves breaking are visible and audible from the windows. It was well supplied with all we needed. Additional advantages for us was the garage and the single level layout. We had excellent communication with the owner.

Nothing like grabbing a cup of coffee and walking out the door onto the beach every morning for a long walk with your dog. It is a great beach with miles to walk. We stayed over the 4th of July and rarely crossed paths with others on the beach. This home is welcoming and comfortable. It is well appointed with everything you need (right down to a great selection of spices and stocked with foil, plastic wrap and wax paper). We prepared all of our meals at the home with ease. The home is dog friendly. We found the home clean throughout and without pet hair or smell. We found the bed comfortable and the furniture up to date. We will be back.

We stayed at Annie’s about 10 years ago for New Year,s Eve and really enjoyed it. So we came back and it is as wonderful as we remembered. It is cozy and has everything you could need for a long weekend. It is literally on the sand so very convenient for beach walks and burning energy for our lab mix. For being in a neighborhood, it is surprisingly quiet. Will definitely be back.

We really loved this place.It was so quiet, except for the wind and the rain. Has a wonderful view and we could catch the entire rainbows out the windows in the early morning. The neighbors we met all seemed really friendly. We enjoyed sitting by the fire eating crab and watching movies with little Zippy. My husband really like the tall chairs at the dining room table. He said it made him feel like a kid again while eating his pie, we are in our 60's.We forgot Zippies "midnight treats" so took the short trip to Rays Market to get some. They had the correct item and the cashier really seemed interested in how Zippy was doing. We also found his a red dot laser for him to play with. We will be returning in the future but will Thank you for having us. We had a great time.
