Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed for spending time together. The spacious living room features an oversized reclining leather sectional where everyone can gather to watch a favorite movie, stream shows on the Smart TV, or simply enjoy great conversation after a day of exploring Wimberley.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a family dinner, while the gas grill on the back deck makes outdoor cooking easy. Two dining tables provide ample seating for shared meals, board games, puzzles, or your morning coffee before the day's adventures begin.

• Third Bedroom – Two full-size beds, perfect for children, couples, or additional guests.
A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is conveniently located near the guest bedrooms.

Outdoor quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
*Occupancy: The nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. Additional guests are welcome for $25 per person, per night, with a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.

This house was perfect for our ladies trip. We enjoyed our stay. This house was just as advertised. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. We will definitely stay here on our next trip back.

This was the perfect getaway for relaxing birthday surprise for my boyfriend. The property has just enough privacy. Hot tub was our favorite for sure. The host was so sweet and helpful as I was looking for help arranging the perfect birthday suprise. We will be staying here again very soon.

Very accommodating, clean, private home with a view and a hot tub- both a great way to start and end the day. The house feels secluded but is just a few minutes from town.

Overall impression of the property was very positive. It's a mobile home, but it is well kept and very clean. It has sufficient amenities and the beds were comfortable. The property is also very pretty and we enjoyed it for a girls weekend getaway. One point of contention is that the owner charged us 200 for damage to a cabinet that we did not do. She did not tell us until one week AFTER we checked out so it could have happened from anyone, but she charged us. Then she proceeded to accuse us of having more people on the property than what we noted on the reservation because "she lives down the street and saw the cars in the driveway" (her words). She was completely inaccurate and we never had the amount of cars she stated, but she was still unwilling to reverse the charges. Additionally, she never provided a quote for the (which I seriously doubt was 200). Have rented probably close to 100 short term rentals in my lifetime and NEVER had an issue like this. Besides the owner (which I'm sure she will completely absolve herself), the property was nice.
