Indulge yourself in this executive cozy hi-end newly built 3 bedrooms, 2,5 bathroom house with Large (optionally) heated swimming Pool. *House build in December 2018
The perfect get-a-way for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) in warm, sunny Englewood, Florida.
The House offering Split concept of Master bedroom with Serta king mattress, TV, dresser, walk-in closet, free standing bath tub, walk-in shower and solid surface counters with 2 separated sinks.
The Master bedroom suite offers private access to the lanai through sliding glass doors.
The Gourmet Kitchen features granite counter tops, White cabinets, dishwasher, microwave, Fully equipped kitchen if cooking a meal is in your plans: pots and pans, toaster, blender, all Tableware, silverware, cookware, drinkware etc.
The outdoor also offers a grilling area with gas grill.
The living room space extends via sliding glass doors to the large screened lanai and pool area. The (optionally) heated pool and deck is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.
The screened patio equipped with table for 8, lounge chars, zero gravity chairs and other things for you to enjoy and entertain your stay.
Other features of this home include:
2nd bedroom with Serta memory foam Quinn bed, build in closet, dresser and night stand.
3rd bedroom has 2 Serta twin beds, build in closet, nightstand
Half bathroom in the hallway.
(also there is a baby playpen in master closet)
Each room has: Extra pillows
Fresh linens.
Bath And Pool towels
Ceiling fans, high ceilings, landscaped yard, Laundry room and an attached Garage.
High speed internet and 2 new smart TV’s are provided.

The heated pool is open year-round! Pool located on back of the house with Covered porch / fully screened lanai with table for 6, and 4 lounge chars

Entire villa is available for guest access.
In the house You have access to all the space, except one of our linens closet that is in the hallway, on a right side of the guest bathroom (there is a locked owners closet),
Feel Home, away from home in this Happy place :)
Other things to note:
In the TV stand cubboards you will also find some toys and games for extra entertainment. There is cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach cart, and some kids beach toys available in the garage.

We loved this home! Everything we needed was provided for and Yev and Luba were very responsive to our questions. Overall, the home was exactly what our family needed for a week away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We were looking to return this December but, we can see why this home gets booked so quickly! We will definitely return in February for another nice break. Thank you again for hosting us.

Best Air B N B yet!! Exactly as described. The pool was refreshing perfectly heated and clean the bed super comfortable. Loved everything about our stay. The house has everything you need.. Definitely stocked. Hands down one of the best definitely would come back. Thanks again to our amazing hosts.
