About this house rental
Private house, with Florida charm. Less than 15 min to Warm Mineral Springs 5 miles to Englewood Beach. Private back yard with heated pool. Close to stores. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, walk in shower and grab bar in the master bath. There is a Bonus Florida room with new acrylic windows, a pull out sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress. There is also a pull out sofa in the living room. Out the back is a built in pool with a new enclosed lanai and extended covered pool area. New privacy palms line the back yard. The home has plenty of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, Keurig Coffee maker, dishwasher. Washer and dryer in the garage. High speed Xfinity WiFi, with lots of extras as this is our vacation home. 5 miles from the beach.

This is a very comfortable and cozy home… Complete with so many amenities. The hosts were excellent at responding to any questions that came up. The area has many nice restaurants, very near the beach and a great weekly farmers market. It is a beautiful home to spend time away from the cold! The heated pool is a real plus

Two week enjoyable stay at this nice house. Well supplied and conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Short drive to several beaches. Back lanai and pool very private. The county road behind property is busy during the day but quiet at night. Good response when contacting owner.

Comfortable home with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils which we loved as we prefer to eat in. Convenient to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants.
The quiet streets in the neighborhood provided a safe area to enjoy and evening stroll. The yard and pool were very private and comfortable. It was nice that houses were not on top of each other making it feel like a private oasis.
The extra refrigerators in the garage and pool area were a plus. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. Would recommend this property for a quiet escape from daily living.
