Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage pool home situated on a private greenbelt garden setting available for Seasonal Rental. Very spacious and roomy home with vaulted ceilings with 1762 square feet of air-conditioned living area. This beauty is a split plan offering maximum privacy for you and your family or guests. A comfortable and elegantly furnished living room will be a welcome retreat after a full day of fun. The spacious Kitchen has Stainless Steel Appliances granite countertops and is spacious enough for a few cooks and entertaining friends and family. There is a breakfast bar/coffee bar just off the Kitchen ensuring leisurely mornings and late-night snacking. The Owners Suite is spacious and bright with a luxury bathroom. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. All bedrooms have walk-in closets. Ample storage will be found throughout the home. There is Luxury vinyl flooring or tile flowing throughout the home. The outdoor living area is screened in and is under roof. Think of it as an outdoor living room, overlooking a pristine pool. All of this luxury opens up to a very private setting: a wonderful fenced in backyard. This excellent location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, Olde Historic Downtown Englewood with wonderful gift shops, boutiques, excellent dining and quaintness galore. Beaches, fishing, boating, golfing, shelling; it's all yours! Everyday. PLEASE NOTE: this home has several exterior cameras, 2 in the front, one on each side of the home and one on the pool deck and one on the lanai. All cameras are TURNED OFF for the duration of the reservation.

The pool never got above 75 degrees, we did mention the pool being cooler than we would have liked and the issue was never resolved for us. There are 2 cameras facing the pool area. I understand cameras around the outside of the house but to be facing inside where my children played in bathing suits was a very big violation of privacy!!! The bedroom doors were lockable but needed a key to enter if locked. Our youngest child locked thw door and shut it, we werent able to open it without the key. Upon calling olga, she wasnt even aware they needed keys to unlock, the owner of the home said there were no keys and we would have to contact AAA to get back into the bedroom, we did end up finding keys after an hour of looking through every cupboard. very unsafe if you have young children! When this was expressed as a major problem and could be potentially dangerous olga just said thank you for letting me know and im glad you found the keys. The house itself was nice and clean.
