It also includes off street parking for 1 vehicle.

This upscale, downtown apartment offers brand new appliances, furniture and decor. A wrap-around deck, fully appointed kitchen with a separate dining area that seats four, a beautiful bedroom with queen size bed, designer bedding, a fully remodeled bathroom with a tub & shower, and a spacious yet cozy living room with a fireplace and a plush couch with a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed. A/C, WiFi, Cable TV, and black out curtains in the bedroom included.
Rent this unit alone or in combination with sister properties: Vine Alley Two, a two-bedroom apartment in the same building, and/or Lux on First, a two-bedroom home with pool and firepit just steps away on the same street.
Guests staying at Vine Alley One will enjoy access to BeautifulPlaces pre-arrival assistance. Our local staff can assist with pre-trip suggestions for winery visits, private chef dinners and any other special experiences you desire. This was one of the best VRBO’s I’ve stayed in. Everything was exactly as stated and so comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. It was perfect for my husband and myself, the host was very good at communicating with us and we had no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Vine Alley One was more than we could ask for in a rental for our Sonoma stay. The property itself was luxurious, was well stocked and immaculate. The location was ideal to walk to several restaurants, tasting rooms and brewery in the plaza. It was also a convenient location for our day trips out to wineries, the redwoods and the coast. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in a high end place on the plaza.
