Our newly restored 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious apartment is just 1/2 a block from the Sonoma Plaza. Enjoy all that Sonoma has to offer from this amazingly convenient location.
The apartment offers a full kitchen with gourmet coffee and cooking supplies. Each bedroom and bath has high quality linens, towels and bedding. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and full bath, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and full bath. The living room has a 42" smart TV with cable and wifi provided. The kitchen is bright and spacious with seating for four. There is ample parking in the rear of the building. There is a second 2 bedroom 2 bath ADA compliant apartment downstairs that can be rented separately for families or friends traveling together.(VRBO#880103)

This is the second time we've stayed here; the 5th time we've stayed in Sonoma. This is our favorite place to stay and we will be returning again! Perfect location (right across the street from a winery we are members at), less than a block to the town square. We barely used our car. Love the deck, especially at night when we relax and enjoy a bottle of our favorite wine from the days tastings.

Long weekend visit with my wife, brother, and sister in law. The space was perfect for us. Immaculate and well appointed. Everything we needed was right there. The location was great just off the main square in Sonoma. And much more quiet and relaxed than Napa. But the perfect base for our various winery tours. Great to have so much parking space behind the house and off the street. Appreciated the well stocked Kurig coffee machine as we needed our caffeine to balance out all the wine! Absolutely no complaints.

We loved our stay at this quaint yet modern, uber clean, and comfortable apartment. Just steps away from the town square, you couldn’t ask for a better location. We stayed a few nights to celebrate our daughter’s 21st by visiting Sonoma wineries. This was the perfect spot. Samantha was very responsive to questions and flexible with us as well. I’d definitely stay here again. Fully equipped and plenty of space for our party of 4. We loved that each bedroom has their own bathroom.

This was a wonderful property that we found to be exactly as presented. The check in process was very easy and the property was very clean and inviting when we arrived. We stayed here over Christmas to visit with extended family in Sonoma and it was perfectly located, very well equipped, clean and with good amenities. We love staying here when we visit Sonoma, which we do on an annual basis. Samantha's home is in such a great location - just a few doors down from the square. It has easy access to all of the shops, restaurants, and wineries. The home is set up with 2br and 2ba plus kitchen and living room. All of the furnishings are stylish, comfortable, and clean. We've never had a bad stay and are looking forward to staying here on future trips. I couldn't recommend this home enough!

This is the perfect location to stay in historic downtown Sonoma. We loved the layout, and the back deck which we used often. We walked to everything in town, including our favorite wine maker who is right across the street. We have stay at several different locations in Sonoma, and for 4 people, this one was by far the best one. Check in/out was so simple, and communication was timely. We will be returning.

We just loved this beautiful upstairs apartment. We parked the care and didn't move it. We were able to walk to Fresh Market for the few items we needed for breakfast, as well as to dining, shopping, and even across town to meet our e-bike wine tour! Patricia and I traveled to Sonoma for a wine tasting excursion. The property is perfectly located in Sonoma City 2 blocks off the town square and a short walk to Whole Foods Market, tasting rooms and restaurants. We traveled with another couple and the two master bedrooms meant no one was slighted. Every one was happy. The kitchen was well appointed. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property.

I stayed at the upstairs location (also bottom floor that is rented separately) with my wife and two of our friends. I did quite a bit of research for a 2 bed 2 bath property in Sonoma- I wanted close proximity to the square, spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, amenities. This place has it all- in fact WHEN I come back I will undoubtedly stay here again. Back porch is great for lounging, the kitchen has everything you could want, the space is very quiet, washer/dryer worked great, and the location is just a few doors away from downtown. 12/10- will definitely come back.
