The Space:
This adorable 3 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is located on the top floor of a gorgeous historic two story 4-plex. The unit has been newly renovated with new flooring, kitchen appliances and carpet throughout.
We understand the importance of finding a space that feels like home when you’re traveling. It is with that mindset that we thoughtfully curated our home in hopes of sharing it with you. The kitchen is well stocked with all basic cooking essentials for preparing meals on-site. In the living room you will find a 55” wall mounted smart TV, perfect for unwinding and watching your favorite shows. With 2 queen bedrooms and 1 king bedroom, this unit will comfortably sleep 6 guests. We carefully selected mattresses that provide high comfort and quality which have received rave reviews from many of our previous guests. Each bedroom is adorned with floor to ceiling blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Lastly, enjoy some fresh air while soaking up some sun on the outside patio area.

Had a great stay! Loved the building, so nice to have access to do laundry and the air conditioners were amazing! The hosts were amazing and quick to respond to messages.

Had a last minute trip to Spokane and from the beginning Jerry and Natasha were great to communicate with and 10 out of 10 hosts. The house is in a great location (reminder to drivers that this area of Spokane does not have stop signs on most residential intersections so drive slow) and a very short walk to some outstanding food and beverages. The house well equipped and comfortable, with an outdoor seating area. It was unusually hot weather during our stay and the window ac units kept the place very comfortable. Overall the location was quiet, easy to find, had plenty of parking and many amenities. We’d definitely stay there again.

It was so nice to be a clean and cozy home that had everything we needed! Owners were great communicators, house was comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay!
