Welcome to The Guesthouse, this spacious and inviting 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house is the perfect retreat for your next getaway. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it offers a blend of comfort, entertainment, and luxurious amenities.
Inside, you’ll find cozy living areas with comfortable seating and large smart TVs. The fully stocked kitchen invites you to showcase your culinary skills, while the outdoor grill allows for delightful barbecues and al fresco dining. The bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed, with luxurious bedding and plush pillows to ensure a good night's sleep. All three bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets with lots of space to store your belongings. Each of the three and a half bathrooms has plenty of towels and toiletries to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Indulge in relaxation with your very own private sauna, where you can unwind and rejuvenate after a day of exploring Spokane's vibrant attractions. For the game enthusiasts, we have transformed a 1500sqft shop to a dedicated game room featuring a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and basketball arcade. Challenge your friends and family to friendly competitions or simply enjoy some quality bonding time.
The Guesthouse is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a stress-free stay, including a Level 2 EV charger for electric vehicle owners, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and high-speed WiFi throughout the house, perfect for remote work or streaming your favorite shows.
Embrace the outdoors in our beautifully landscaped backyard. Gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings, roast marshmallows, and share stories under the starry sky. We also have an outdoor basketball hoop for sports enthusiasts to enjoy some friendly matches.

The entire Guesthouse has central heat and cooling. The Shop does have electric garage heaters and an industrial wall fan but no air-conditioning. It stays cool during summer days with the fan and garage doors open to allow breeze from outside to come in.
Guests will need to walk through the basement bedroom to get to the sauna and to the laundry room.
We are located in a safe neighborhood of Spokane. However for additional security, we have exterior cameras: A ring door bell camera outside the front door pointed towards the driveway, a ring camera at the side of the guesthouse pointed towards the side of the shop and driveway, and a ring camera outside the shop pointed towards the driveway. There are no interior cameras anywhere in the property.
