About this house rental
You’ll love the cozy feel of this home nestled in the most beautiful neighborhood in Denver --Hilltop! The neighborhood is full of mature trees and near lovely parks. Very spacious! The porch is paradise. Great for family dinners inside and out. Fireplace in the living room. Central AC and heat. Sleeps 18 (with 2 people per bed) -5 private bedrooms, 1 semi-private bedroom sleeping 12, and extra sleeping space with a futon, pullout sofa bed, and bunk beds sleeping 18! Central Denver location, 4 miles from downtown Denver. Come for a concert at Red Rocks, a Broncos game, visit your student at the University of Denver or CU, or just come to enjoy the shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the Cherry Creek neighborhood! Also, if you’d like to check in a day earlier, or stay a day later, message me! Sometimes we can make changes and accommodate special requests. This is a lived in home, (not a sterile Hotel feel), and hopefully you’ll enjoy browsing through our book collection, and checking out our keepsakes from family trips. So please treat it as you would your own home.We love to share our home when we are out and about traveling, hiking or skiing.

This was a perfect house for my family- plenty of room and bathrooms! Location was even better than I thought and Maria had great suggestions for dinner. I would recommend this home to everyone!!

Great location near Colorado Boulevard and 6th Ave. The number of beds and baths worked well for our group of seven adults. The house is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Easy, good parking. Prompt, friendly response from owner.
