This location is in a culdesac so there is not much traffic outdoors which makes this place pretty quiet! The neighborhood is filled with all types of people from various places leading to a nice diverse spot. Close to downtown, and very close to Tennyson. Less than 1 mile from clear creek pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts!
Getting Around:
This unique home is in a great location with:
-Walkability to the restaurants/brewery on Lowell Blvd, and public transit
-Minutes to get to Tennyson shops/restaurants and parks.
-Quick access to I-70 for easy commute to the mountains or downtown.

Guest pricing: the nightly rate covers up to 12 guests. Each additional guest is $30/night. Airbnb only lets you select up to 16 guests when booking, so if your group is larger than 16, book for 16 and message us. We'll send a reservation update for the extra guests.

We were traveling with a large group for softball. Each group had their own room, and the additional rooms were fabulous to give everyone their own space or play together. Air conditioning, cleanliness, TV's in every room, so much toilet paper, paper towels - really great amenities (shampoo/conditioner/body wash) - truly, everything was on point. We had some slight delays with the grill, and the host was super responsive. Great stay.
