This condominium is part of the Sunrise community which offers two elevators, a swimming pool with large ocean front deck, gas grill, and shuffle board. The bulletin board often announces community activities such as pool aerobics and local "ladies luncheons." Walk just a couple minutes south for beach yoga or north for a newly built community park. The view of the ocean was outstanding. The kitchen was well stocked with very nice dishes and pots and pans. No scratched skillets! The bathrooms were clean and linens very soft. A very nice unit in a very nice area. Quiet and clean pool. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was great, and enjoyed by all of us. We loved the beach and pool, and being able to use the kitchen. The recommended local dining places from the Property Manager were helpful. It was a great place to stay and celebrate, spending time together.

The property was very nice. They provided laundry and paper products essentials, which made our stay easier. There could be a few more items in the kitchen to assist with meal preparation, such as glass containers, cheese grater, etc.

Outside of property very old and disappointed that view to left was blocked by wall and to right is another old building and your looking at their ac units on roof. Building sea wall too which owner can’t help but as we walked down the beach the ugly wall just reminded me of how it used to be as I spent summers there growing up.
The INSIDE of the unit was just wonderful. Very clean, spacious, nice cookware, great cart to use on beach. Loved it.
Pool was very nice and big but rusty pool equipment close by was such an eyesore.
As owner I’d be talking to that condo board.
