The view of the ocean was outstanding. The kitchen was well stocked with very nice dishes and pots and pans. No scratched skillets! The bathrooms were clean and linens very soft. A very nice unit in a very nice area. Quiet and clean pool. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was great, and enjoyed by all of us. We loved the beach and pool, and being able to use the kitchen. The recommended local dining places from the Property Manager were helpful. It was a great place to stay and celebrate, spending time together.

The property was very nice. They provided laundry and paper products essentials, which made our stay easier. There could be a few more items in the kitchen to assist with meal preparation, such as glass containers, cheese grater, etc.

Beautifully remodeled 7th floor, ocean front unit. Can't say enough positives about the unit itself. And NSB is as great as ever -- almost fully recovered from the 2022 storms.
My beef is with the VRBO listing - and this might solely be on VRBO, not the property - either way, it's unsettling. They draw you in with a competitive nightly rate... in our case it was $275... for 3 nights ($825) but once they add on "additional charges, linen fee, processing fee, cleaning fee, booking fee, damage protection insurance, service fee and tax" the total landed at $467/night ($1402 total). That fee is actually in line with what one should pay for this condo. However, VRBO makes it seem sketchy. I expect add-ons (cleaning, booking and tax) with every reservation, but over $300 for "additional charges" seems like a misleading way to boast a (fake) low nightly rate.
