Located directly on the sand, this spacious condo offers unbeatable ocean views and all the comforts of home—plus a front-row seat to sunrise.
The open-concept living area features comfortable seating, plenty of natural light, and sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony overlooking the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals after a day in the sun.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath
Second bedroom with a queen bed
Third bedroom with two twin beds
Second full bathroom conveniently located off the hallway
Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the balcony while watching dolphins pass by. Guests also have access to community amenities such as a pool, beach access, parking, tennis courts, pickle ball, and elevators(customize as needed).
**There is currently outside construction - Pressure washing, Painting. If they discover crack or bad stucco they may have to hammer drill from time to time. Each unit is in different sections of the building so the work may or may not be completed at the unit- feel free to reach out**
*No Pets, No Smoking. Designated smoke area on site*
*6 people max per fire marshal*
*You will need to sign in when getting parking pass/pool bands*
*Guests names and ages will be required per HOA*
