Sleeping area (two single beds, 90 x 190 cm, pushed together) - Separate kitchen (dishes and equipment for 2 people) - TV - 2 armchairs - Shower room with toilet - Terrace - Private parking space - No internet access - Pets NOT allowed
No charging point for hybrid or electric vehicles - Do not plug in any appliances in the apartment - SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request them when booking) - Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies)
Check-out inventory will be carried out with the agency, and the security deposit will be returned if everything is in good condition - If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be carried out - The security deposit will be canceled or returned after the keys are received
Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Check-out cleaning (T1 Bis): €44.
- Bed linen (single bed): €30. - Towels: €8.
