Pequeñito pero con todo. Buena situación, céntrico y cercano a restaurantes y tiendas. SIN aire acondicionado, pero NO lo necesita, es super fresquito. Colchón cómodo y ducha con buen chorro y buena temperatura. Buena y rápida comunicación con los que gestionan.
La cama pesa un poco para subirla una persona sola. La fianza que te bloquean, se desbloquea en una semana aunque a mi me tardo más, no se si debido a mi banco.
