Entrance - Large living room with open-plan kitchen - Smart TV - Sofa (not a sofa bed) - Equipped kitchen (appliances and dishes for 4 people) - Bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) - Shower room - Separate WC - Terrace - Wi-Fi - No pets allowed - No smoking - 2 above-ground parking spaces
No charging point for hybrid or electric vehicles – Do not plug anything in the apartment – LINENS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request them when booking) – Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) – Check-out inventory will be carried out with the agency, and the security deposit will be returned if everything is in order – If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be carried out – Security deposit will be canceled or returned after the keys are received.
