On the 1st floor of a secure residence with elevator, park, and swimming pool*. Living room with open-plan kitchen - TV - sofa bed (sleeps 1) - 2 armchairs - fully equipped kitchen - bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) - shower room (washing machine) - separate WC - terrace - Wi-Fi - Pets NOT allowed - Smoking outside only - Outdoor parking space
No charging point for hybrid or electric vehicles – Do not plug in any appliances in the apartment – SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request them when booking) – Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) – Check-out inventory will be carried out with the agency, and the security deposit will be returned if everything is in order – If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be carried out – Security deposit will be canceled or returned upon receipt of the keys. *Swimming pool open in July and August only. All decisions concerning the swimming pool are made by the building management. Therefore, no refund will be given if the swimming pool is closed to the public. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible.
