** Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob 4 burners, hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pressure cooker etc ...) open to living room (flat screen TV, internet connection, sofa BZ sleeping 140 or 2 pers) overlooking the terrace
** Room with bed 140 - new bedding - cupboard, mirror, 2 nightstands.
** Bathroom with sink, bath, large closet, washing machine, WC.
** South facing terrace very nice, garden, table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol ... to rest and relax. furniture
VACANCY RATE:
- Mid-June to mid-Sept: 440 € / week (Saturday to Saturday)
- Other periods: 390 € / week
CURIST RATE (stay of 21 nights):
- Mid-June to mid-Sept: 390 € / week (Saturday to Saturday)
- Other periods: 340 € / week * these prices are for cure of 21 days *
- Price per night: 65 € (3 nights minimum)
- Small pets accepted
- Duvets, blankets, pillows provided
- Sheets, towels & home NOT SUPPLIED
- Kit sheets / towels: 50 € on request

Joli et très fonctionnel appartement avec son petit jardin arboré et sa piscine . La propriétaire a eu vraiment très envie de nous tendre le séjour le plus agréable possible
