About this house rental
When choosing a holiday house in Doubtless Bay guests are obliged to make a location choice. Close to the water or fine views from up on the hill? Moanavista offers both. A private estate of over an acre at the cul de sac end of a quiet road. Featuring a 9m x 4m saltwater swimming pool, broad views over the Bay and just a few minutes drive from the pink sands of Cable Bay.
Recently built in a contemporary style and appointed with entirely new quality chattels and furnishings in 2023. Crisp white cotton hotel grade bed linen and plush toppers on mattresses with feather & down duvets: luxurious comfort. Moanavista is located in a Kiwi sanctuary, it’s not unusual to hear their nocturnal calls. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and generous open-plan living spaces full of natural light.
The tiered gardens slope gently to a bush clad fringe. Lots of outdoor furniture, gourmet BBQ and a children’s playground. Full-length part covered deck ideal for alfresco dining and keeping an eye on youngsters in the pool. A large smart TV, double glazing with fly screens, 3 heat pumps for year-round comfort and a double garage for guests’ use.
Located centrally in Doubtless Bay, close to the Coopers Beach shops and medical centre. A few kilometres from the boat ramps at Taipa or Mill Bay and a short drive from Historic Mangonui Village with its pub, gift shops, convenience store, coastal walkway, and world-famous fish shop out over the harbour.
A Private sanctuary far from the frantic scenes down on the beaches. The perfect estate to retire to at the end of a sun-soaked beach day or if you wish, at Moanavista, there’s a lot to be said for just staying put at your sub-tropical resort for up to eight guests.
