CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Major exterior painting and spalling repair project Jul 2025–Apr 2027 with construction noise daily from 8am–5pm. This unit's lanai will be closed June 15–26, 2026, accessible daily from 5pm once work is finished for the day. (Dates subject to change without notice due to weather and unexpected delays.)
There are many great shops and dining establishments right on property and it's an easy walk, trolley or taxi ride to many other exciting shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues! Beautiful Duke Kahanamoku Beach Park & Lagoon are located just a quick 4-minute walk down the exclusive beach access walkway, and Ala Moana Center and Beach Park are a 10–15-minute walk away!
NOTE: This rental is legally classified as a 1-Bedroom condo due to its size and kitchen. However, it has been renovated into a spacious open-concept Studio with NO wall/door separating the bedroom from the living room.

The Ilikai is well located. Our short stay would have been better if there was more thorough welcoming information. Such as, "The pay washer and dryer are near the elevator on each floor. BYO detergent." "There are two pools: one shallow sunning pool for adults on the second floor and a real pool accessed via the lobby for all ages." "There will not be any dishwashing supplies or condiments or even more than 2 glasses, so go straight to the nearest ABC located ... for supplies immediately on arrival." "There is no live TV, so either watch You tube or Netflix or bring your list of streaming logins and remember to log out meticulously from each account when you leave.".Jean, the property manager was responsive, but I feel the same questions must come up time after time. It's the little conveniences that make it feel homier faster.
