In the heart of Isla Verde (San Juan`s nicest beach), walking distance to restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, stores, supermarkets, bakeries, casino and we have a bus stop in our building that takes you to Old San Juan for less than a $1. Area is very lively. No need to rent a car.

Beautifully remodeled 1 bedroom apt with million $ view, washer & dryer, parking and beachfront pool. Building Marbella del Caribe is the most popular in the area b/c of its location and amenities. 24/7 security.

• 10 minute drive from airport with absolutely no airport noise ~ $10 per cab
• To rent a car for a day there is 24 hour Charlie Car Rental across the street
• You will not want to stay anywhere else and then have to travel by car at night, even on small distances, because you end up in a condo in a small very quiet nearby street, or on the other very quiet side of Isla Verde (next to the Ritz and the Courtyard Marriott). Only the condos on Isla Verde Ave. that are near the Intercontinental and El San Juan Hotel are the ones you can truly walk to/from at any time of the day AND night, even with small children. This area of Isla Verde Ave has lots of light at night, security and tourists walking around at all times, yet our condo is very quiet, you will not hear any street noise.




All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet

This condo served as a good “home base” for our family vacation as we ventured out to explore the island. It’s very close to a lot of restaurants, a grocery store and local attractions. The view is amazing. Beatrice was very responsive via email when we needed to communicate. She also provided a very detailed list of local restaurants, shops, etc for anyone not familiar with San Juan.

This was our 6th time staying at this location/complex. We love the view, location and pool area. Unfortunately, this was our least favorite unit. The furnishings are very basic and dorm like. It may be ok for short stays but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays. The bath towels are to be used as your beach towels. We contacted Beatrice and was told housekeeping would try and drop some off but that never happened in our 9 days there. All the linens are worn and thin. The bed pillows are standard and have oversized king size pillowcases. Replacing all the linens and providing beach towels would make for a much more comfortable stay.

Overall it was a nice stay. However there was a few things to note:Not even a spatula in the kitchen, nor a full size pan.The water gets to about 80 when showering, its doable but not the most comfortable.The bed sheets were too big, they kept popping off every couples hours, it felt kinda gross to realize you were sleeping on a half bare mattress who knows who did what on. The building and facilities were nice, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay in the same building again.
