Clean, comfortable house with two private master suites less than 5 miles from Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Spokane River, and 16 miles from Silverwood Theme Park. Steps away from the Prairie Trail, which connects to the Centennial Trail system. The amenities of this home make guest feel like they're home! Cozy memory foam mattresses, soft bedding, and plenty of technology to keep everyone happy. We have 2 exterior security cameras - one pointed at the front door, and one pointed at the driveway.

We were in the area for our son’s College graduation. Home is 6 minutes from their home . So convenient. VRBO is nicely appointed. Ping pong table was a fun extra to watch play on the rainy day. Would stay here again

This was honestly one of the nicest rental homes our family has ever visited. Clean, cozy, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with appreciated entertainment extras, and unexpectedly provided hotel-like complimentary convenience items. No effort was spared in making this an enjoyable and comfortable place to stay. We loved it, and would absolutely re-book for any future area trips.

Your home is so welcoming. It had everything you need for a getaway for cooking, bedding, showers and just to be comfy and relax for a getaway. Loved our morning walks through the neighborhoods in the early morning. Central location from stores, breweries, shopping and casinos. Again a very welcoming home to stay at for a get away.

This home is even better than the great pictures online! It was beautiful, homey, so clean/sanitized and welcoming to us from our travels. The little touches throughout the home were amazing. Snacks, water, coffee, beach chairs/towels & cooler at the ready. Washer and dryer came in handy during the trip as well as the BBQ and all kitchen amenities and bathroom extras (shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels etc) We will definitely be back every summer for our track camp in the area. The hosts are great with correspondence and details.

We loved this house so much the first time that we came back again for another visit! It’s a really comfortable house - the beds are comfy, the living room has plenty of space for our 3 person family, and the kitchen has enough space for us to prep meals. The owners have continued to invest in the house and it’s so well taken care of. It’s clean, the kitchen is well stocked (we Cook most of our meals at the house), there are plenty of towels, extra supplies (coolers, camp chairs, beach towels) and there’s a grill too. Plus, nothing in CDA is very far. It seems like the lake, the grocery store, Costco are all about 10 minutes away. I wish all of our VRBO stays could be this great.

Amazing. The property and home so Clean and they had anything you could need for your stay. The home is so welcoming. Beds are comfy and everything very clean and eazy to find. Great area very quiet and easy access to down town. Definitely recommend this property!
