About this farm stay rental
Get away from it all but be surprisingly close to town in this newly renovated farm house located at the entrance of our 104 acre apple orchard. Surrounded by woods on a graveled farm road the Hill House features two bedrooms with queen size beds and a futon couch as well. We have wifi and a new 65” smart tv. Outdoor entertaining is a priority and we have a screened in porch, an adjacent fire pit, a large open carport with a grill and a nearby screened in “club house”.
The space
This is a two bedroom house and each bedroom has a queen size bed and one futon. The living room has two couches that are full size hide-a-bed couches. The house has one full bath/shower and a nice kitchen and dining room.
Guest access
Guests have access to the house, clubhouse, and yard. The wooded road to the property is a scenic place to take walks.
The house sits at the entrance to a farm so there is occasional farm related traffic.
Other things to note
Because we are located on a hill our water is supplied by filtered cistern and spring water. We also have a 5 gallon bottled water dispenser in the kitchen.

The property was beautiful and quiet. Loved being in nature and roaming around in the woods surrounding the home. Enjoyed the fire pit and sitting on the front porch listening to the birds.
Our kids loved running around and exploring nature.
So beautiful and just lovely hope to return again
