About this house rental
This family friendly 2 bed, 1 bath lakefront cottage is located directly on the Somerset/Burnside line. Amazing restaurants like Guthrie’s Grill and Reno’s are just a mile away. Burnside Marina is 2.5 miles away, however there is a seasonal neighborhood boat ramp approximately 1 mile from the house. The massive deck and firepit area are great for relaxing with a good drink after spending the day on the lake. It’s perfect for grilling and listening to the boats go by. Grab a book and relax in the hammock! One bedroom has bunks with full beds on the bottom. Queen bed in the second bedroom. Pack N Play is available for the little ones. Full washer and dryer. WiFi available. There is NO cable, however there is a smart TV that any of your favorite streaming apps can be accessed on. We leave Netflix, Disney+, and Prime logged in for our guests. There is no direct access from the house to the lake. The house is located on a steep cliff overlooking the lake. Boat not included. The neighborhood boat ramp is seasonal as the water levels are usually lowered in the fall and winter.

we had a lovely time at this VRBO. The house was just right for our small family get away. everything was clean inside of the house. The kitchen was well stocked. The exterior could have been cleaner and sprayed for bugs/spiders, it was the middle of summer so all the little creatures (mostly spiders) were out and about. Not a big deal. We would definitely book this VRBO again!
