Welcome to our countryside getaway nestled on almost 5 acres within 5-20 miles of Burnside, Lee's Ford, and Conley Bottom Marinas. Enjoy the day on Lake Cumberland and come back to relax, eat, drink & be merry. Gather around the outside barbecue area and fire pit or snuggle up inside next to the fireplace, playing games or watching a movie.
Whether you are on a couple's retreat, fishing buddy's getaway, or family vacation - the house and outdoor area provide plenty of room to relax and enjoy.
The space

SLEEPING: 2 queen bedrooms, 1 sofa sleeper queen.
KITCHEN: Refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, can opener. Dishware, cookware, utensils, drinking and wine glasses. Complimentary coffee, sugar, creamer, basic spices, and cooking oils.
LAUNDRY: Stackable washer/dryer with complimentary washer and dryer sheets. Iron and board.
GENERAL: Linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, central AC/heating, hangers, hair dryer, trash bags, paper towels, and napkins.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Large covered barbecue and dining area. Propane BBQ with tongs, spatula, grate cleaner, and skewers. Fire pit with wood provided and additional seating.

This was the ideal property for our stay. Location was great (visiting family at Woodson Bend), and the house was FULLY stocked with anything we could have needed - including a bag of ice in the freezer! Everything was perfectly clean and provided every creature comfort, down to a box of chalk for our little ones. HIGHLY recommend this property and owner!

This was the best vacation stay we have ever had. Janelle made it happen she had everything from shampoo and tooth brushes to pot and pans and cell phone charges. She made our stay so clean and easy. We absolutely loved her updated home. She was very atttentative to our needs and responded quickly. Oh and the neighborhood was so nice and secluded. Thank you Ken & Janelle you went above and beyond Thank you for your time & caring about the guests whom stay in your home. Your Awesome!!!!

We rented this house to be close to our extended family vacationing at Woodson Bend. Perfect vacation house & perfect location. The house was perfect for our family of four, and the hosts went above and beyond to communicate, furnish and provide all the incidentals we’d need. In the mornings you hear roosters crowing when you step outside, and our daughters loved watching the horses graze along the pasture across the street during the day. Looking forward to staying here again.
