This spacious rental is every lake lovers dream. We are located within 1 mile of the nearest boat launch, with close access to many marinas on Lake Cumberland. The interior of the rental is set up for maximal relaxation. This unit is the basement floor of a duplex. It includes three separate bedrooms, full kitchen, two full bathrooms, laundry and front porch sitting area. Quiet hours are from 10pm till 7am. Come enjoy this lake lovers paradise!

What a great place! The trip started out a little shaky, has the host was in an area they couldn’t answer their phone, but when they was able to everything was resolved in a very quickly manner. Once the host knew we had an issue they quickly got it fixed and was in constant contact with us. If we are in the area again, we would have no problem at all with booking this house again.

This is a nice, well maintained property. Our GPS had a little bit of an issue finding the street, but we got it sorted out.
The property was very clean and the check in and check out process was straightforward.
We had a couple of small issues (propane tank for grill was empty & upstairs tenant created a flood that ran into one of the bedrooms). Audra was very responsive when we reached out both times & got the hiccups resolved.
The property is about 10 minutes away from Burnside Marina, so it’s very convenient to get onto the lake.

Our stay started our a bit rougher then expected considering the GPS doesn't recognize the address and send you to the front of house. Once we contacted the host and got that squared away we started out stay. From first glance everything looked clean, smelled clean felt clean. Me and my girlfriend got settled in and went out to meet up with the rest of of group and some other family members. Once we made our way back to the rental we realized there was no outside lights so we had to unload the vehicle in the pitch black. It was then that I noticed the smell of a wet basement started. My brother in law pointed out the that bedframe in the 2nd room was very wobbly and that a lot of the screws were lose.The bed squeaked every time you moved. Master bedroom was ok, Master bathroom toilet ran non stop. Kids room was fine. The game room was a garage that was beyond dusty with a fooseball table and some other came that non of us had ever see. They were pushed together so we couldn't really use either of them. Now to the cleanliness of the place. Like i said at first everything appeared clean. Unfortunately once we started to use the place we noticed things like water damaged wood trim that appeared black and smelled musky (molded). The cups in the cabinets had dust all over them (we had to wash everything we used before we used it). The kicker for me was. Finding and actively growing mushroom coming from underneath the cabinet in the kitchen. Place need cleaned properly!
