The property was exactly as portrayed in the listing. The furnishings were comfortable and the location was so close to town we walked everywhere. There was plenty of parking and we never had to move a vehicle once we got there. There was no sounds heard from a next door neighbor. The bedroom setup was ideal for 7 adults. We will definitely be staying there again!

Best location in Helen!

We booked this rental for a weekend with our family for Christmas. The location is the best part of this rental, everything was easily accessible within minutes of walking. However, the bathrooms were not cleaned well. We did not get into the rental until late Friday night which meant we would have to wait till the following day to notify someone. I notified the management company, and they sent someone out again to clean which was inconvenient for us. We would not personally stay here again given the cleanliness. Also, the rental has nowhere to hang clean towels, nor luggage racks, so we had to put all of our luggage on the ground.
