Walk to Fayetteville Town Park featuring a splash pad for kids, pump track and ball fields. National Park starts at back yard. House has 2 bedrooms, full equipped kitchen, laundry room and more. Private covered back porch, gas grill, corn hole or just watch the dear and rabbits, play. Includes a firepit.

Fantastic property to enjoy Fayetteville & New River Gorge NP… super to be able to walk to Fayetteville restaurants, nice to have park a block away…., cozy comfortable house & kitchen had everything we needed…enjoyed the outdoor space at the property, host was accessible & eager to help we would recommend & return

The house was perfectly clean and set up with everything we needed. Well-appointed kitchen. It was the perfect small home for us and our close friends to have as home base for our New River Gorge adventures. We loved the large back yard with vibrant fall trees, comfortable furniture under an awning, and a firepit. Walked to restaurants in town. Convenient to all our daytime activities and quiet at night. Clear and speedy communications with the host. We'll be back.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for accessing the National Park and other area state parks. The bed was very comfortable and we had the kitchenware needed to prepare meals. Everything was clean and convenient. Tresha was a gracious host. We enjoyed seeing deer in the back yard and how quiet the area seemed. Even with neighbors nearby, it still felt quite private, while also being convenient to town and other amenities. Definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

Great house in a great location. Loved the outdoor area—perfect for Eating outside and relaxing. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay again!
