The tenant was very helpful with things that were not even his issue like checking in early, helping us with restaurants around the area. Will definitely recommend staying here. Apartment was very clean.

Good location if you want to be in the city, close to some restaurants. Very tight streets and garage parking (difficult for an American not used to such tight quarters), but in the end doable. Nice balcony. Easy check in. 2 bath but only 1 shower. Overall clean as well.

The apartment offers a no-frills option for the Ponto Delguardo traveler. The apartment is simple with most of the basics, would recommend adding:
- 2 wine glasses, so there is a complete set of four.
- Hand towels to the bathrooms.
