We stayed here with a family of 13, and it was the perfect home base for our time in Ponta Delgada. The house was well equipped, and having almost everyone (other than the children) with their own bedroom and bathroom made it incredibly comfortable for a large group. The communication with the host was amazing throughout our stay, and we appreciated that they came to clean twice while we were there.The pool was a highlight on hot days, and while the house is a bit outside the city center, we loved the 30-minute walk along the oceanfront boardwalk into town. It gave us the best of both worlds: quiet mornings by the water and easy access to the restaurants, markets, and energy of Ponta Delgada. We would happily return.

Great house in a good spot to walk to meet areas of Ponta Delgada. In our 50's and it took 20 mins to walk to town. The younger people with us rented electric scooters on an app and buzzed back and forth. Great beach was a 20-30 min walk in the opposite directing of town. There is a bike and walking paths that run all along the coast and are very nice and safe. Each room has a private bath and the shared kitchen, dining, living room areas never felt too crowded with 15 people staying. Good restaurants nearby, Cais 20, Mariserra, Galego, and Sunset Beach Restaurant. In town restaurants, A Tasca, Jonny's, Nonna's, and Cafe Central near the city gates were all very good. Any issues, just message Beatriz and she will handle very quickly. Pool was great and hot tub was nice but built for 2ppl. Perfect temperature though!There is parking directly behind the house if you rent a car and there is a back gate to go in and out that locks. Highly recommend for large families or multiple couples.

Property was as posted. Rooms are great, each with private bath. Almost a "hotel" feeling to the house if you want as each room has its own Key Card System. Great location where its a short walk to down town area (15 min). Amazing restaurants. Overall amazing stay.
