Clean and plenty of facilities and in a decent area for bars restaurants.

La ubicación, la limpieza ,comodidad de las camas . La diversidad de menaje .
Las escaleras , los escalones eran desiguales , estrechas lo que con lleva algo de dificultad para personas con problemas de movilidad .
Para subir a la terraza los escalones también tenian su dificultad y resbalaban un poco por la humedad de la pintura .

Close to the center.
There is a free parking at about 300m on foot.
The owner was very helpful.
For 490€ for 3 nights we expected a little bit more.
We have been in august and it was very hot inside. I think an air condition is a must for cooling and dehumidification. The terrace was not a pleasant place because of the dirty walls.
For that price we expected to have some coffee included, when we saw a coffee expresser in the photos. We had three appartments rented in Azores during our stay and this was the most expensive and the worse of them.

La ubicación. A pocos minutos andando del centro. La casa está reformada y bien decorada. Aunque se puede aparcar en la puerta, es muy estrecho y hay un parking gratuito a 5 minutos andando. El dueño Alexandre fue muy atento. Tiene una especie de patio interior con una mesa para comer en buen tiempo.
En la planta donde están las habitaciones no hay baño.
