Localisation. Près du centre-ville historique. Un grand stationnement gratuit à proximité. Secteur tranquille.

Close to the center. There is a free parking at about 300m on foot. The owner was very helpful.
For 490€ for 3 nights we expected a little bit more. We have been in august and it was very hot inside. I think an air condition is a must for cooling and dehumidification. The terrace was not a pleasant place because of the dirty walls. For that price we expected to have some coffee included, when we saw a coffee expresser in the photos. We had three appartments rented in Azores during our stay and this was the most expensive and the worse of them.
