About this house rental
Awake to the comforting sights and sounds of the beautiful Little Pigeon River. Located approximately 5 minutes away from the city limits, will save time and gasoline to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. The quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic provides for an leisurely evening walk or bicycle ride. Nap on the back deck or grill down by the waters edge. We have 2 bedrooms each with a king beds, flat screen TV's and private bathrooms for each. A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities and a large comfortable living. I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay.

Rick was very responsive with any questions I had before the stay. One small issue with passcode, but within minutes we were inside the house. The river view was amazing and so peaceful. Fireflies were out every evening.

We had alittle communication snafu when we got to the cabin, but all worked out. The cabin was decorated with fishing decor. The cabin was clean, however the hot tub and back porch was dirty. The view from the back porch was awesome. The creek backed up to the cabin and we were able to see geese every morning.

It was over all a great experience but there were some things that needed to be improved. Could use some new mattresses, and both rooms felt like sleeping on springs. The hot tub wouldn’t get hotter after you get in it. Other problems were the need for better lighting on stairs and the lights underneath the house wouldn't come on. Besides that, the home was very nice and clean, and in a great location for fun things to do around it.
