This is our second time staying at this house, and we were not disappointed. Quiet neighborhood right off the parkway. Everything was within minutes of us while we could still enjoy the peacefulness when desired. The house is well-kept and clean. If we make our way back to Pigeon Forge, we would definitely stay here again.

The property was as advertised. In fact we were pleasantly surprised with its comfort and appointments. We were only there two nights, but we would have been comfortable even if we had stayed much longer. Beds and linens were very comfortable. The King bed slept like a dream. The garage was a terrific bonus since it rained during our stay. That allowed us to stay dry at all times. The owner was delightful and very responsive. Very close to the strip and Dollywood but still nice and quiet for sleeping.

We’ve stayed at this property for a week at a time for the last several years and it feels like home away from home. Due to food allergies we cook most of our meals and having the appliances, dishes, etc. is great. It’s a quiet neighborhood but so close to the Parkway and activities. Having access to a washer/dryer lets us pack fewer clothes. A big bonus is the garage.

We had such a fun time here. The property was clean, spacious and so nice. There’s a community pool at the end of the street that we enjoyed at our stay. Over all I would stay here again in a heart beat. Took about 2 mins if that to hit the parkway but, it was far away enough not to hear a bunch of noise. The community is so pretty and nice. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Located in a neighborhood right off the main strip! It was so convenient to be so close to everything! Perfect condo for our needs! My brother in law is blind and the layout of this condo was perfect! The spare bedroom was connected to the main bathroom. This layout made it easy for him to get around and not worry about hurting himself on unknown decor or furniture. The condo was clean and had plenty of towels! We will be back to visit Pigeon Forge in 2 years… we hope this condo is available for our next stay! Only complaint is the kitchen trash can was too small. Wish there was at least a 13 gallon so we didn’t have to change it so often.

It was very clean except the coffee pot and toaster oven/ toaster is in need of a cleaning! The TV in the first bedroom has a code on it so your unable to download streaming apps and there are none downloaded on it so my son didn't even stay in the bedroom because he had no TV to watch! We love the location so close to everything we needed and the house was beautiful and so was the neighborhood! Don't know who takes care of the pool but it needs cleaned as well I'm sure this has nothing to do with our rental so I did not base anything off of that but I figured who ever owned this property can let the person in charge know!!

This place is great! It's right in the middle of everything but tucked into a quiet little street. I didn't know it was a duplex until we got there but it didn't matter. Perfect set up for couples or anyone wanting some privacy from their travel mates. Very clean and we had everything we needed. We hope to stay here again next year.

When we arrived our condo was spotless and smell so good and clean. The neighbor hood his quiet and immaculate. It has everything we needed and to the parkway without all the noise and lots of restaurants and shopping close by. This was our 3 rd time of staying there and I’m sure it will be our home away from home when we are in pigeon Forge area . I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay…it was clean, nicely decorated, spacious, and provided many amenities (garage, washer/dryer, dishes and cookware). Wish we could have stayed longer! The home was perfect for our family of five (2 adults and 3 kids - 17y, 14y, & 8y). We brought a twin air mattress which fit perfectly in the front bedroom - where all three kids slept! Each room had walk-in closets and large bathrooms. We did have to reach out to the owners to fix something in the unit and they were very responsive—within an hour of us texting them. The owners fixed the problem with no hesitation! The neighborhood was so friendly and clean. We didn’t feel like we were staying in Pigeon Forge and all the traffic during spring break— it was so quiet! We have already recommended this place to friends and suggested staying here when they come and visit the area!

We absolutely LOVE this neighborhood! This is our family’s second time staying and it’s always quiet and peaceful. You certainly don’t feel like you’re just off the parkway, but we love the convenience. This home is, to us, perfect for a family (4-5 people). Comfy and cozy. Plenty of room and tidy! We also love that there is a garage. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed here several times and enjoy every time. Love the safe environment and the closed garage. We had trouble with thermostat in the property this time. I think it needed a new battery. It wasn't really cold or hot, so we didn't really need A/C. If we had needed it, would have had to call manager. Also the coffee pot had issues. Overall, it is a great place to stay. Very comfortable and safe.
