"River Breeze" is a cottage bordering on the Little Pigeon River. This newly painted lovely 2 bedroom cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind with friends
and family while visiting The Great Smoky Mountains and surrounding areas.
Located in River Plantation, just minutes from the parkway in Pigeon Forge, and 15 minutes from Gatlinburg, this unit offers paved roads all the way to the cottage with no mountain roads to traverse and would be considered motorcycle friendly only at the riders' discretion.
This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom unit that sleeps 6, is all one level. There are 17 steps to reach the main level, with parking underneath. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining for 6, a living area with a gas fireplace, queen sofa sleeper, 2 recliners, and a flat-screen TV. There are 2 Queen bedrooms. 1 of the bedrooms has a flat-screen TV and a private bath with a jetted tub and a combination shower and bathtub. The other bedroom has private access to the back deck and a flat-screen TV. There is an additional shared bath with a combination shower and bathtub.
The back deck offers patio furniture, a picnic table, and charcoal grill. There is also a porch swing under the cottage.

The property was okay, but not quite up to par with the other properties we've stayed at in River Pointe. The property definitely needs some work and updating!
