This tastefully decorated 3 bedroom 3 bath Chalet is located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, TN, only a half-mile off of the main Parkway at Stop Light #1. The easily accessible roads through a sprawling meadow along the Little Pigeon River make access easy all year round. Riverpointe community, tucked along a bend in the Little Pigeon River, is one of Pigeon Forge’s best kept secrets. This home away from home is nestled in a safe, quiet, neighborhood just minutes from major attractions. Coming and going is easy even in heavy traffic. We are accessed only one block away from the entrance to Teaster Lane on the Parkway, making us only a 5 minute drive from the LeConte Convention Center and the Cal Ripken Experience Ballfields, a 10 minute drive to the gates of Dollywood, and only an 18-20 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg.

This luxurious chalet comfortably sleeps 10 adults with 3 queen size beds, 1 king, and 1 sleeper-sofa which converts into a full-size bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. We come to an annual convention in Pigeon Forge and this is the second year in a row we have stayed in this home. We really love it. It was clean. The location is great, just a short drive to the parkway. The neighborhood is quiet. The game room downstairs is lots of fun. The kitchen is fully equipped if you're inclined to cook; we were not. We hope to stay there again next year.

The property was very accessible, clean and matched online description. I want to give a huge thank you to the owner who showed up in person on the day of check-in when we struggled to figure out the keypad entry. They didn't have to show up in person, but theybdid and that speaks vokumes to their charachter. I would book this property again. The game room and hot tub were a plus.

The property is spacious and nicely appointed. It needs a deep clean. Bathtubs have etched in soap scum and dirt. All the baseboards and light switches dusty, grimey. Cobwebs in game room, porches and front of fireplace. There is a flight of stairs you must carry your things up and then one of the bedrooms is up another flight of stairs. I really feel like with a good deep clean this would be an excellent place to stay. Directions could be improved. Once you realize you turn at Sunliner Diner (Henderson Chappel Rd)and then at church it was very simple to get to.

The weather did not cooperate with our plans, but we made the best of it. Loved having all the gaming options in the basement to keep us busy with all the rain. Plenty of room in the house for us to have separate space. Close enough to all the attractions without all the traffic noise. We went to the Stampede, Priates Voyage, Aquarium, and Dollywood. We rented this property for the weekend it was very nice and clean. We spent the days out at Dollywood and shopping and this place was located in a nice quiet neighborhood within a short distance to everything! The evenings were spent in the basement playing the games and there was plenty to choose from! The beds was very comfortable! We were definitely pleased with this rental! My family and some friends stayed here for 3 nights with 6 kids ranging from 9 months to 6 years old. All of the kids had a great time playing in the basement and watching movies. There are hundreds of dvds in the kitchen, so that was a fun surprise. As a parent of small kids who require a bath, we ended up having to use one of the adult room’s bathrooms to bathe the kids. I wish the bath had been in the bathroom attached to the room with the twin beds, but we definitely made it work. The beds were all very comfortable and the house smelled fresh and was not overpowered by any fragrances/air fresheners. The basement room was a lot of fun, but all of the table tennis racquets were broken when we arrived (rubber pads off/barely hanging on), so we didn’t get to play that. However, the pool table and arcade game were a blast for all ages. The hot tub was neat, but it did not get as hot as ones I’ve been in before. I think the highest temp we were able to achieve was 99 degrees. Within walking distance of the house, there is a beautiful river walk. The kids (adults) had so much fun attempting to skip rocks and saw lots of geese. If we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay in this house again. The owners were also great to communicate with!

We had an 10 day stay and it was fantastic. The location was super convenient but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip of Pigeon Forge. The house was clean and well taken care of. The game room was a HUGE hit with the kids and adults. I had an issue with the garbage disposal one day and Robyn responded quickly and Craig was there to take care of it soon after. They were super nice and super helpful. We would totally stay there again!

We needed a place big enough for 6 kids and 4 adults for a family vacation in the Smokies. This home fit the bill perfectly. Close to town and all the attractions on the Parkway, but nestled away from that hustle and bustle in a quaint little neighborhood which is very quiet. The home itself was very clean and has anything and everything you could need to cook a big breakfast or a big dinner. The game room in the basement was a big hit with the kids who had endless energy to burn while the worn out parents recuperated in the hot tub. Owners emailed a detailed explanation several days before ur arrival and also had a huge book in the living room with suggestions of places to eat or visit. All in all would highly recommend this house and we will definitely rent again!!

The bedrooms and bathrooms were all a good size. Kitchen/ dining area was nice and had everything you need to prepare meals. Best yet the house is in a really nice, cute neighborhood but close enough to all attractions - we were at the Island and Dollywood within just a few minutes. We really enjoyed staying there on our trip to pigeon forge. The place was really nice and very clean. It seemed like you was out in the country area but you was close to town really. The area was really nice and quiet. The game room in the basement was nice we enjoyed it just hanging out down there late at night or during the day. The neighbors was really nice if we had questions about the neighborhood. The beds was very comfortable and clean. We will be sure to come back to stay there on next year trip if it is available when we book. I would recommend anyone to stay here if they ask me a great place to stay. The book they had on the counter that recommend where to eat or places to go with great idea too.

We enjoyed staying here. Only down fall was the TVs had no apps such as Netflix or anything so our kids could find something to watch. The TV channels didnt have anything to accommodate them. Also most places have complimentary laundry detergent so if you plan on washing bring some. 😊
