Located in the Balaia Golf Village resort complex—a very pleasant place in a quiet, private area—this villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a barbecue, tables, chairs, and lounge chairs, surrounded by a garden, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. It features a spacious and bright living room, charming terraces, and a fully equipped kitchen.It is located in the Balaia pool area near the tennis court, just a few minutes’ walk from the Club House, shopping area, reception, and restaurants. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, you can enjoy 6 different pools, including a heated pool, and it’s just a 10-minute walk from Maria Luísa Beach.

This is a great apartment in an ideal location for a family or group that wants to be out of the centre of the town but has all the amenities nearby. Clean, comfortable apartment, with a well equipped kitchen, A/C, seating for four, all the UK channels on the TV, and lots of private loungers. Outside there's lots of space with sun/shade, and only a 50 metre wallk to one of the several pools in the complex. Small supermarket 150 metres, three restaurants in the complex but others are within 10/15 mins walk, as is the beach. Easy check-in, good communication. Will almost certainly be back.
