About this apartment rental

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (one en suite) duplex apartment with a large balcony and two private terraces and large living area with cable TV and DVD player. Direct access to lawned frontage. Very close to 3 of the village's pools, tennis courts, 9 hole par 3 course and close to A Veranda restaurant. There is also a bowls green located close to golf clubhouse.The apartment has a double bed in the master bedroom and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom have twin beds. Full air conditioning throughout which converts to efficient heating in the winter months.

Everything was as described.We have stayed at a number of properties on Balaia and this was the best. Very well kitted out and a modern theme throughout.Craig was an excellent communicator and gave us flexibility to help us overcome a few last minute changes to our travel plans. All the good reviews are genuine !!!Great location within a fabulous complex. We all love staying at Balaia.Many thanks

The apartment had everything we needed for our family holiday. Good information before meant we were well aware of the resort and what was available in the vicinity. No problems whilst there at all.

Very nice house, spacious, well maintainedm on a very beautiful domain, perfect location to discover the Algarves from. We loved our time here with our kids, everything you need to easily entertain kids is available. We recommend this place!

Very nice apartment. Having stayed at the village a few times I must say this is the best yet. Will hopefully get back next year. Can't wait 👍👍👍
