Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Check in was a little confusing for me but was complete within 5 minutes once I figured it out. The staff at the lodge were very helpful. The condo was in a great location. Just a short walk to the stop for the free bus into downtown. The property was quiet and we enjoyed the fire pit. There were four rooms with a total of five beds and four bathrooms. Great for our group. The set up was accommodating for morning coffee, games at the table, and watching TV. Just little things rated the cleanliness as a 4/5. The patio doors were not locked upon entering the condo but everything was secure. Check out was very easy.
