Overall it was a nice family condo. We chose this place because it was close to the ski resort, a 10 minute walk. It had the number of beds we needed and 3 nice bathrooms. The kitchen was well used but it was still nice, the cookware could be updated. The carpet had spots and was well used, maybe update with a wood floor or similar. There were a couple issues of no running water For 12 hours, but that may have been a city issue, it was handled quickly. Also there was a sink and tub that weren’t draining and they took care of it right away. We would stay at the Rockies again.
