I have stayed her now 3 times so that should tell you a lot about the home, the location and I always use Beach Rentals. I don't like doing the VRBO thing.

The house was fine. It was warm and the kitchen was well appointed for all we needed to cook nice meals. The hot tub was hot. The sunset view was spectacular. But everything in the house needs an update. The furniture is old and not well arranged for using the space, the bathrooms and kitchen are low end 1990s, lighting was terrible. It’s a great house, but my favorite game of “what would you change if this was your house” was in overdrive. For the price, I expected better. The location was perfect for our needs (my mom lives very close, we wanted young kids to be able to walk between houses on their own).
