This property features an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen, high-end finishes/appliances, air conditioning, stackable washer/dryer (in unit), 4K TVs, WiFi/high speed internet (ATT fiber), pull out sofa sleeper, and designated parking.
This bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is close to everything in Ocean Beach! The beach is 1.5 blocks away, its location is easily walkable to shops, pubs/restaurants and entertainment venues. This apartment is 650 square feet and is located upstairs, facing east.
The open living room contains a high vaulted ceiling and plenty of windows to take advantage of ocean breezes. The sofa sectional sits across from a wall-mounted 65” flat-screen TV. The kitchen is part of the same open space, allowing easy flow between the areas. The dining area has a built-in seating booth with additional chairs to comfortably seat six people. The quartzite kitchen countertops, modern appliances, plenty of cabinet storage and well-equipped kitchen allows easy meal preparation.
The bathroom has an overhead rain shower and a hand-held shower with multiple towel racks and hooks.
Each of the two bedrooms features a queen bed with high quality bed linens, TV, closet and wall mirror.
The unit also contains a private washer/dryer, heating and air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.
Guests are given an electronic key code to access the apartment. One parking space is provided.

We had a fabulous stay close to everything we needed while moving our daughter into college. The ability to watch the Olympics on the huge tv with peacock was a bonus. Dan is very good and responding to messages and we enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

I would love to live in this apartment in this great location. We were very comfortable and loved enjoying the access to the beach and the fun neighborhood. I also loved having the off-street parking. I would definitely stay there again. Hopefully soon! Thank you.
